What is he doped up on here? It's not alcohol. I'm wondering what Joe's drug of choice was to get these scattered results. lol The guy interviewing him is really uncomfortable and he's probably a better guitar player than Joe.

I wish there were more lessons from Joe. He is a really great player and knew a lot of stuff like the right hand picking with the fingers before any rocker did. His slide work is great - inspired me to take up the slide 35 years ago, (I've been playing since 1968).

All of the critics out there getting all whacked about his substance abuse problems need to give it a rest - it has nothing to do with his talent. This isn't an AA or NA meeting, now is it?

i happen to know he's over 20 yrs sober! Also he want's people to practice and find it yourself!! like he did and a bunch of others!! PRACTICE!!!!!!!
