The Waitangi Day haka in Parliament Square, London is an event not to be missed by expat Kiwis. Preceded by the Circle Line Pub crawl it involves lots of Kiwi themed fancy dress, Kiwi banter, English (sadly) beer and when Big Ben strikes 4pm the haka. You have to be in the right place at the right time - this year I got in there with my shirt off. Its loads of fun, even the Met Police say it is a pleasure to control because it is so good natured.
Awesom spectacle!! wonder what the poms thought of your mini Aotearoa invasion.
