CarCriticAssessor...........Hm­m.........you can watch the new ZR1 Corvette with its corny rumble from the seat of any other production car in the world as it passes you and plagues the world with another Nurburgring record run. These motors are not high tech in configuration but high tech in execution and their power / torque output and excellent reliability point to a well engineered powerplant. Other manufacturer's V8s may have a more F1 type wail but you cant argue with 638 HP and 3300 lbs

I believe it is a Duntov GrandSport Corvette....very rare, very expensive (170k or so)

Another cheap LOUD Chevy engine plaguing the world. Vettes, while its various eras' incarnations display attractive exteriors, are designed with the little pecker- man in mind; one CANNOT be over 6' -- make that 5'9" -- for a manageable fit; moreover, the is no space in the cabin or elsewhere (the cars are fiberglass -- akin to amusement park bumper car rides of yesteryear) to change that cramped configuration ... Chevy's rumble rates corny.
