  • Hey there! Av You tried - H Be Gone (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard decent things about it and my brother in law finally removed pretty bad hemorrhoids with it.

  • Had a riod, sat on a pipe; the thing bursted and then I knew how a woman felt when she is on the rag. True story.

  • have learned the hard way to avoid MDs as much as possible. such pitfalls as I've ever had, other than a broken wrist set as a child by a fine DO, I got by trusting, blindly, MDs. No more of them. If I die, I die with my health intact, ha ha (humor)

  • typo correction: it was a single, protruding "dangle" of swollen tissue, like a tiny pea at the end of a stem. Just one. I obtained from the hardware store, two pieces of telescoping, miniature brass tubing, some vinyl tubing for a suction hose, a small, good rubber band. Cleaned everything, put a the band on the smaller tube, lubed with vaseline, suctioned the little tormentor into the mouth of the small tube, inserted the tool as far as comfort allowed, then ejected the band with the big tube

  • Results must be as variable as the conditions vary among patients, and doctors' skill and luck. I may be one of the only people in the world who has ligated his own stage three prolapsed hemorrhoids. It was my own technique, done by common sense, and thought, and I'd suffered for over ten years with that problem. A five minute operation with a home-made tool...no pain, and a week or so later, the necrosed tag fell away as expected. Zero side effects, no relapse. I have no hemorroid trouble now

  • It honestly depends where they are. I had one banded and about 5minutes after I had the worst pain that lasted about 3 hours... I mean no-relief intense pain. The pain lessened later on but started again at night. It went onto the next day but a lesser tolerable degree. I found it difficult to fully empty my bladder because of the pressure. Its now 4 days later and I really don't have pain its just uncomfortable to go to the bathroom because the band its scraped against....

  • rubber band ligation is agonizing procedure for hemorrhoids, its not usually recommended nowadays, better have cryotheraphy and surgery or ultroid treatment procedures

  • Ive had this done today and was in absolute agony. Had 2 bands. Agony......

  • This procedure doesn't hurt at all. It feels a little uncomfortable when they band them but there is no pain. Afterwards you feel like you need to take a dump but that goes away after about an hour. I've just had one banded today and it aint as uncomfortable as having two done.
