This is another musical cue for the same post-apocalyptic / dystopian Roleplaying Game as in "Edge City". This time we visit a so-called 'Biosphere' - there's food, water and high tech for those who live within, but not everything is well and good in this heavily guarded and supervised Garden of Eden...
Ok, so this sounds a little more like music, but I'm obviously still struggling at putting it all together. Any real composers out there? Advice needed. ;)

@godlordy Also, you could allow the volume of a background/counter melody to raise in volume at certain points to show emphasis on the point of a melody that you want to be more present at certain points in the composition.

nice work there buddy. What you need to do is listen to some other pieces, and look at how the melodies are presented. You will notice that there are melodies and counter melodies (basically more than one melody playing at the same time) and you need to take notice as to how they balance those melodies. A very basic and widely used method of helping the listener distinguish the primary melody from a background one will be volume.

Well to my untrained ear this sounds fantastic! I've been writing music for almost 20 years but am only just branching out into the realms of orchestral composition so I can't really offer any comments other than just how it sounds to me. There are some great chord progressions in there which invoke the atmosphere very well. I especially like the change of direction at 1:13, very clever
