I love the apple fast! Perfect for a first time faster :) The 1st day was much harder....today was pretty much a breeze!

    There's a thing called self-control and self-discipline, and controlling the elephant mind. There are no statistics in choice. Either you do consume, or you don't consume.   • eating only one thing day after day only makes you want/crave "other things " even more so. hence when you "stop the fast of whatever" you'll most likely over-consume on the "goodies".

  • You're right. It was foolish of me to jump to conclusions like that. It won't happen again. Well, eating one of everything can be very healthy for a set time, such as only brown rice for a month, or only apples for 7 days.

    May I ask, how will eating only one thing make you crazy?

  • Lets dont generalize and jump to conclusions, it has a way of making one look stupid. I dont eat poison foods. Eating only one of any thing is nothing but a set up to make yourself crazy.
