A rare daytime loggerhead nest hatching in Pensacola Beach, Florida. The video isn't great as I was trying to catch the disoriented hatchlings while holding the camera.

  • If it was during the day, it was probably a Kemps ridley. We'll start seeing them again in just a few months!

  • Its turtles, not birds. Its fine if you touch them.

  • These people are dumb shits.... why would you touch them. Now the will die. Congrats turtle killers. Imagine the kid that likes turtles. He would be ashamed

  • uhm arnt you supposed to not touch or disturb these?

  • Awesome!

  • I saw one come up out of the ocean and dig her nest to drop her eggs, out at Johnson's beach a couple of summers ago. I wish I had my camera that day.
