  • Should I learn python or C++ either way I will end up learning c++ first or second, should I learn python first? To help when I learn C++?

  • @0ChrisMackle0 Well depends python is easier to learn, but if you want you can learn c++ directly

  • @zamliman And C++ is more powerful. And better. And way more professional.

  • @DrunkenWaffle True for gaming, but phython do have its cons to =) although im not really working with it anymore

  • hey can i have the source code? i just want to study it and then delete it. my email is Hightechpanda@gmx.com

  • @HighTechPanda Im sorry, im not sure where this game is since i did som updates and changes to c++ allot of the old stuff disappeared

  • @MrRoboBrain Use C++, that is.

  • @MrRoboBrain A magic wand in a pocket? First of all, Python is much less powerful than C++. It's been proven a dozen times with CPU calculations and brute-force tests in coding. That would already make it more professional. Second of all, Python was derived from C++. It definitely didn't improve upon C++; which is understandable, for it is for beginners. Therefore, C++ can do more and do it more efficiently. Also, if Python > C++ for games, why do large companies like Valve and Nintendo use it?

  • @DrunkenWaffle i strongly disagree. both are very powerful, its just that c++ is more used for developing new apps etc, but true power of python is in doing things other languages cant. and about more professional, that depends who u ask, my opinion is python is more professional, because it is like a magic wand in a pocket. if u know what i am trying to say

  • Looks awesome i am thinking of starting python game making I have started python and i like first person shooter so please will u make a tutorial.
