saraighat is the best train from kolkata to guwahati, it takes only 19 hrs compared to others which take around 22-24.

I was traveling back by the 2348 Rampurhat Intercity Express (I think it is called Shaheed Express) from Bolpur to Howrah. One of my desired videos was catching the up Saraighat to Guwahati. The video was taken between Guskara and Bolpur and not on the Ajoy bridge as I had dreamt! Thankfully, both trains were doing quite a good speed which is a rarity on this stretch of the track. I remember traveling to Bolpur by Saraighat once and it was really good and timely.
