@morg942212 The shirt is from previous years when the service was just called Naval Investigative Service, without the 'Criminal'. Hope that helps. :)

That take down that Gibbs did was the first take down i ever learned while taking Tai Kwon Do the only one as well my Sensie got in a car wreck and was confined to a wheel chair shortly after learning it. I was 10 and mom didn't have the money to continue classes anyway and i was going to be pulled from the class the next week. Still it's a highly effective way to take someone down fast without harming them despite it being a basic move or maybe because it's basic that makes it so good.
