Colombia's new scheme to reach reconciliation

Paramilitary warlords and drug traffickers stole millions of acres of prime farmland during 40 years of conflict in Colombia.
Now, the government of President Juan Manuel Santos has promised to return the stolen land to its rightful owners as part of an ambitious land restitution programme to compensate the victims.
Under the new initiative, former fighters are reintegrated into society, and work to remedy their wrongs.
Al Jazeera's Monica Villamizar reports from Montererey, Colombia.

@yourtreat2 They have the right to grow what the hell they want. That is the point. When other governments, i.e. the U.S. government, does the same to us, we will feel like these people.

Stop the drug wars, end the violence. But i guess with millions of US tax dollars floating in, just to keep the drug war going and to keep the violence continuing, nothing will change. But i think soon the USA will economically implode and suddenly turn meaningless very soon, just like the soviet union did. Mark my words, it will happen, the USA is on a fast route towards implosion.
