I don´t think you understand what is at stake here, not just for the very poor people of Iceland but for how the monetary system works on this planet.

I do not claim to know every thing about icesave but what i do know is that the people of Iceland had nothing to do with the british and the dutch money. It were 10-15 rich icelandic people. If Iceland does not pay the british and the dutch they wont have a little pocket money but if Iceland pay's the nation will be no more. We won't be able to build hospitals, schools, defence sistem and so on, the british and the dutch can well survive without this money, WE CAN'T.

I would have respected what you just said if you had not begun to call me and my family and friends hypocrits. We are talking about massive amounts of money that noone of us (icelandic people) saw a penny of. It was all owned by billionaires living it up in the big world.
