Melodically they are superb, lyrically they are impeccable. Their dynamics are far superior to the Beatles...

One of many, many things I love about Tears for fears is how mystical and unique they are. They have a very mysterious and unknown sound about them that no other band could ever nail. They're like philosophical singers, speaking many messages at once that only a pure heart could ever understand.
