The Body Is Obsolete - Stelarc Performance (Chantal Harvey)

ATOPIC FESTIVAL - LES LAURÉATS DU PRIX PUBLIC: This machinima did win an audience award in Paris, November 2009, at the Atopic Festival.

Stelarcs performance about the body beeing obsolete inspired me to film as if the avatar is obsolete. I went inside his virtual personality, showing the structure of a SL avatar.

@ChantalHarvey Because i just found your machinima too long to explain this idea like u done it. Its a minimalist one. Its a sort of composition but for me i saw your movie like a non sens or you produced it to be an obsolete one. Do you understand what I mean ?

@ChantalHarvey I will not try to explain what's art like i will not say : your machinima is an obselete one. Because its just one opinion and mine. But in my opinion yes perhaps art is obsolete but there is different way to show that art and i think you could have done a better machinima with this idea.
