great review... it would help if you gave your shoulder measurments...my shoulder width is 44 inches... would a large fit me? or do i need an XL?

Don't get the medium!! I'm 5'6 189lbs. It is so tight and I can't move my arms around properly. Go with the large. I will have to go and buy another one.
