@saildapper2001 Are you talking Medicare? Paul Ryan was a deciding factor in Medicare Part C & D passing in 2003 which strips Medicare from Collective Bargining with Drug Companys. Also it outlaws Medicare from buying imported drugs from Canada.
Paul Ryan broke Medicare now he wants to "Fix" it by turning it over to for profit insurance companys. He is a discredited joke.
The answer is to outlaw these parasites and replace them with Single Payer Medicare for all like what Canada has.

@howardjohnson1000 Perhaps you might explain why I am wrong then. The problem with Mr. Ryans budget is his belief in what's known as 'expansionary austerity'. You might consider reading IMF's report on the topic. Also, why would anyone trust the GOP on anything when it comes to fiscal responsibility? For the past 30 years only ONE president have actually reduced the debt: Bill Clinton - a democrat.
