Gyuto Vajrayana center. His Holiness the Dalai Lama Visits San Jose in October 2010

Dear Friends,

I would like to thank all the sponsors, committee members, volunteers and friends who helped with His Holiness's visit. It wouldn't have been possible without your generous support and tireless efforts. I have received so many emails from the audience saying that Gyuto Center planned the event very well and with lots of respect for not only His Holiness the Dalai Lama, but for all of the attendees as well. Many have even mentioned that they would like to be involved in future Gyuto events! Therefore, I would like to thank every single person who helped make this event a reality and a success.
There were 12,530 chairs in the audience plus 180 Buddhist Sangha members and 50 Interfaith Clergy members on the stage. So many people were able to share in His Holiness' teaching. Most importantly, His Holiness the Dalai Lama was very pleased with the way we organized the event. We not only organized teaching but also organized an interfaith dialog afer the teaching that was very much in line with His Holiness's vision for religious harmony for world peace.

His Holiness gave me a nick name "The little monk full of energy". I consider that His Holiness's blessing and from now on I will work hard until 2015 when His Holiness promised to visit us again. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank all the Board members, Committee members and volunteers for their support.
