http://www.buybulkwhey.com/ We get so many request about how to use creatine and is it safe, so we decided to dedicate a new series of videos to creatine and other supplement questions. This is episode 1 of "Tales From The Chair", and talks briefly about creatine and popular uses.

Make sure you consult your physician first before every using any supplement or engaging in a fitness routine.

I cycle my creatine in about 12 week intervals. 12 weeks off and 12 weeks on. During my "On Cycle" I will use up to 10 grams of creatine per day. I will usually take 5 grams first thing in the morning, then 5 grams before or after my workout with simple sugars. Then of course I chase it down with a whey protein shake.

  • hi i have some questions i mostly take creatine one hour before my workout but what if i take it after my workout and does creatine works well even if you don't do your workout like you said some people take it in the morning?

  • @50lul I would say if you are going to take creatine make sure you are working out. Otherwise you will be wasting the product.

  • @iLift94 I have done both a loading phase as well as not doing a loading phase. Honestly, I really couldn't tell a difference aside from going through my creatine faster
