Metal crowds are "better" per se, because when you go and see a metal band (I'll use Iron Maiden as my example since I've seen them and it was amazing), the frontman will work the crowd and get them involved with the songs, whether it be singing, motions, they just in general get the crowd involved in the experience. What annoys me about these pop artists and whatnot, they don't do the same and everyone just stands there lost as to what to do.
