Hey Melis and Fitties -
Being out of town is soo hard when your trying to be a good fitty. Good news is I'm back in California now, and not only will that be good things for me health wise, it should be good things for this channel as I'll have some time to make us a neat intro and that :)
Question of the day from me is, Do any of you get any exercise by spending time running around with your kids (or nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters, etc)?
this comment is so late (i'm really trying to catch up with my subscriptions), but i just wanted to say that running around with your dogs is also a spectacular way to get exercise. i have two puppies who have crazy amounts of energy, so it's easy to get some fun exercise playing with them!

So true! I'm fourteen, and I have younger cousins (7 and 9) with tons of energy, so every time they come over we play DDR or bounce on the trampoline, things I'm not normally motivated to do (even though they're fun).

I'm 19, and I do agree with this tip. Playing with my little cousins is definitely some (usually) fun exercise. Unfortunately, I only see them a couple times a year, at best, since they live pretty far away.

I'm 19
I have an older brother who's 21 and in the air force so he's quite fit, and two little brothers who are 7 and 8, they have plenty of energy at their age too, it really is good exercise.
