For someone who accuses others of strawmans (falsely) and don't hesitate to use them yourself. I never said not to repeat the words of others (look up parroted in a dictionary). I do however believe in proper citation. Intellectual property is property like any other and all that is expected is to give credit.

Death Penalty is debatable but it probably doesn't. The justice system in general most certainly does work as a detterent. Imagine violence as the justice system with nuclear anniliation the most severe of consequences. A leader(s) may choose to go to war if, at worse, they loose 5% of their populace but have terrority/resources to gain. However, if the loses could total 100% they will think again.

If you mean instigating through the CIA or similar means you're wrong again. If you mean having relations in any form with at least one side of a conflict you are correct but the same could be said for any power in the world.

India and Pakistan have not had a full fledged war. Russia, Chechnyia and Georgia fall under category 1. Isreal v. Arab states falls under category 4. (They may/probably supply militants with funding who do not represent any set state, Hamas is the only exception but attacking Palestine with a nuclear weapon would also cause Israel extinction, directly or indirectly). eh yes I think it is odd as India & Pakistan are busy enough scrapping with each other, USSR with Chechnyia and Georgia and such places and Isreal with Syria, Lebannon, Egypt, Palestine.
Most wars post WWII america has been involved in though in an aggressive way so it is kinda mute all in all

Sorry, I have a particular pet peeze regarding hearing the views of others being parroted. Something that is extremely common amongst fans of Dawkins etc.
P.S. In text, a citation should be rendered immediately after the use of another position or a reference of their work. Verbally, its usually provided at the start (not after 2 minutes). Regardless, this is probably the most trivial point.
