Woman detained for France veil ban protest

A woman has been detained in France at a protest against a ban on Muslim woman concealing their faces behind a veil when in public.

Police said she was held not because of her veil but for taking part in an unauthorised protest against the ban.

Earlier, in the southern city of Avignon, Kenza Drider boarded a train wearing a niqab - as she had long declared she would - unchallenged by police.

"It's not an act of provocation," she said. "I'm only carrying out my citizens' rights, I'm not committing a crime... If they ask me for identity papers I'll show them, no problem."

muslim women are miserable rude and arrogant, theyre worse than the men. my sister works in a clothes shop & they are abusive & ill mannered when they dont get their own way, always trying to get things cheaper or wanting refunds, my sisters boss is a decent muslim & translates all the abuse into english & even she accepts that most muslim women are antagonistic fucking idiots. says it all really.

@Lonat131 Theres nothing wrong with sex in islam as long as it is in the marrige. Actually it is more blessed the more you enjoy your spouse ! Not like in christianty where everythig related to sex is a sin . Btw Im from Denmark and I just read that it is estimated that every 10 child does not have the father it thinks it has . A study on 500 children where made and it showed every 3 child did not have the father they thourght! I bet you you dont see these numbers in the muslim communities!
