@IronreaverVII The 'ise' 'ize' thing is wrong. I am British, and although I do tend to use 'ise' both are accepted. In fact, 'ize' is even often accepted as the correct form in scientific reports. It is a misconception that this differs in Britain and America.

The 'our' - 'or' thing tends to be true. Although I wouldn't get angry at seeing an American write 'color', regardless of sitaution I would always write 'colour'. Even so, neither is incorrect, it is just a geological difference.
