@Futuremonkee I've just heard the name Singapore Sling recently, but w/ no other info. I'm a fan of most of the other bands you mentioned... anything you could relate to give me a rough idea (or direct me to a few choice starter tunes)?

@krissy4nik Try Animal Collective, Panda Bear, Dead Skeleton, Singapore Sling, Tame Impala, Empire of the Sun, Yeasayer, Chairlift, Washed Out, HEALTH, Archie Bronson Outfit, The Black Angels, Autolux.... to name a few modern artists worth checking out.
