HCG beginning Phase 3

I have completed 45 days on the HCG VLCD. I have dropped 25.5lb. from 192lbs to 166.5lb. Averaged a little over a half a pound a day. It's been the easiest way to loose weight in such a short amount of time and with no workouts. I am now starting Phase 3, I will do Phase 3 for 4-5 weeks and then do another round of Phase 2, as I want to drop 50 lbs total.

I'm on R1P3D13 and I'm 1.2# below my LIW. I've been having about 2200 to 2500 cal per day and I've not had to have a Steak Day. I can't believe how much I'm eating (no sugar or starches).

Wow, you are doing great! I am out camping now, a total of 5 days and NO scales to see where I'm at....I hope I'm ok...will make a vlog on Monday the 6th...good job no steak day!

You look amazing and seem so upbeat and happy. I can hardly wait to reach the 20 pd. mark.....I am at 11 pds. today on day 9 P2 so I feel good about that. I love your VLOGS, very encouraging as sometimes I feel like I want to cheat and I watch VLOGS and it does help me greatly. Thanks for all the encouragement.

I love Yanni too!!!! He is amazing and very good for relaxation etc. YOU look so good....WOW 166 that is so cool and you deserve it for sure you did do well. How is your daughter doing?? Is she having morning sickeness?? Yuk I hope not maybe she can be one of the lucky ones that doesn't go through that....lol that would be nice huh?

My daughter is doing great, she had her ultrasound yesterday, she is right on schedule, 12 weeks and she has had NO morning sickness yet for her...yeah....she looks and feels great..I will update a VLOG when I get back in town, hopefully Monday...I am out camping on the beach and NO scales...HELP LOL

did you do injections for 42 days? I thought we could only do 40 day injections and then 3 vlcd after without injections?

Hi Blondyjo, I was on hcg then got pregnant, 9 weeks later had a miscarriage, like your daughter I had No morning sickness. Was just wondering how her pregnancy is going. I am nervous to go on it again, because I am afraid it caused my miscarriage. Any thoughts on this would help. Thanks
