There is no risk to us at all from TU24's tumbling or varying trajectory as it's heading away from us and so its local motions can have no effect at all. That 'leaked email' was very likely a plasmatwat invention to try and terrorise us with their sick, twisted, deluded apocalyptic bullshit.
