  • i doing this diet for about a week now and guess what it works i lost 5 pounds its like portion control and it works if you bdo it right

    like in the morning i take fruit juice or oatmeal

    then by 9 i take 2 hard boiled egg

    lunch fish a 1/2 cup of rice then the next snack like 3 piece of oreo cookie the dinner vegetable like cucumber. then i stop eating after 6 and i still exercise 2x a week

    i still watch what i eat

  • @SynisterCandy maybe because your putting to much calories in speed up your excerize tahst what i did and cut back on teh food :)

  • you have to have to have excerise no doubt their is no way you can eat all you want and still looose weight and not excerisze
