This clip shows the shifting of the body in the vertical + horizontal direction and the corresponding reactions of the legs.
Quadruped robot in prototyping using seeeduino mega, 12 HXT900 hobby micro servos, 3.7V lipo battery. Materials used are all plywood secured with small bolts and nuts. Programmed with Processing and Arduino IDE.
Will work on the gait next.. when i have time..

Hi, did you manage to get rid of that jitter? I think it's because of interference (too long wires) or something. I want to build a similar robot :) And also, is 3.7V battery enough for this kind of robot? because those servos are rated 3-6V. And 0.12s for 4.8V. Maybe u to get a more powerful battery? Thanks

@v1taly1988 3.7V works.. just have to make sure the servos are connected in parallel off a common supply line.. the jitter was due to the code.. i realised that i was pulsing the servos in one of the loops.. so the program just kept sending the same signals eventhough i wasnt moving the mouse.. so each time the signal was sent the servos would just spasm abit even if the servos angles sent are all the same.. lol..
