I worked on the film set of "2.37" as a production assistant, when Murali Thalluri, the director approached me and asked me to write a song for the film. I read the entire script and was inspired to write the song "Don't Forget Me." This song also came from a strong passion for suicide awareness. It has hurt my family, and too many friends around me and it is something I want to help prevent. This is the motivation behind this song.

Murali loved it and decided to use it as the theme song and put it in the closing credits. I have already recieved so much response from people that it has spoken to and helped. I hope this song continues to do that.

Here are some memories that i will never forget from working on the film. From start to finish.

my 15 yr old son died from suicide 4 years ago. it feels like yesterday. this movie broke my heart all over again but it was so so real. this song is so beautiful, moving and so sad. death is life's best keep secrect, please don't ever do this to yourself or your family and friends. it's nitemare that darkens and frightens and breaks the people who love you. tail to me, I will listen...

@amymaree5 This is great for you that you realized you needed help before the point of no return (not sure this is the good term in english, sorry). I really think this film could be a great opportunity for desperate people to realize how beautiful life is. And how wounding it could be for their family and friends... I know that one of my friend wanted to end his life, few months ago, and I just ordered him to watch 2.37, and it had really helped him

@0oLeen7o0 I know exactly how you feel, I'm still going through it but I have to many friends & family who i adore & i know they adore me so i know i'll never get to that point, but there was a stage where I did want to end it all. I literally felt I had nothing to live for & i watched this movie one night & at the end my first thought was "that looks easy" & I realised what i had said & knew i needed to get help & I did. I just wish so many more ppl would get help instead of ending it all. :(

@ninapo123 I had to buy my copy on ebay and I'm from Australia and this is an Australian movie. It was in a video store from which I borrowed it for my school project but then I wanted my own copy so it would be easier. But, yeah thats where I got mone.
