I bought Benfica shirt from Scotland, the cost was less then 20 pounds with postal services.
I had to pay exactly same amount when it arrived to serbia for: Customs, VAT, and some retarded additional administrative tax.

I got one through on saturday - a bill from DHL for VAT & Duty of 40quid for stuff that cost 120quid from the States. But the strange thing is - I got the stuff over 3 months ago and all DHL do is blame customs and all customs do is blame DHL very time I phone them

I understand that you probably listen to people complaining all day long about customs issues and so are likely sick to be back teeth of hearing it..but you don't think that 100% Vat is a tad...excessive? I'f you bothered to watch the rest you'd see that it was a clerical error and once i spoke to someone with a modicum of common sense it all got straightened out in the end. I have no problem paying VAT/Import tax as long as the amount is just.
