@Ineededanaccount0 I know its a little late, but I hear they have tryouts in Boston for the performers. I suggest maybe contacting a performer who already works there. Try Jacques Ze Whipper, I know him....hes like my bff =) And he could prob. help you if you're still interested (Search for his fanpage on facebook...type in that name or Jack the Whipper....he has like 3 pages for some reason. His pic is usually himself. Sorta cute, brown hair, fake drawn on culy fernch moustche usually) =)

So I am almost 18 and have wanted to join since i was 12, I was planning on it when I was like 14 but I live way out in Leominster, plus it's damn expensive to get in. But I always thought since I'm a wide ranged musician I could probably be some sort of minstrel, but I would gladly take any job, does anyone know how to go about getting a job here?

I don't know personally how to get a job there. I live in Los Angeles now. But good luck to you. Hope someone can point you in the right direction.

One of the best videos i've seen online---and this is from someone who works there, so that's saying something!
some of this footage goes back to 2004, the year we pirates were "security" for town meeting, which involved hauling visitors into the protest pen....nice shots of that show!

Thanks Jeff the terrible pyrate. How was the faire this year? I've been living in LA since the video and still haven't been to the faire they have out here.
