Great track. Never knew anything else from Gerry apart from the obvious.
His voice is great on this. Just slightly reminds me of the lead singer from Steely Dan.

This song really takes me back to 1982, my dad loved this song. At least I think it was '82, i was so young... I miss vinyl. My dad seemed to love music and have at least one copy of every quality album since the 60's til he turned to CD's. Here's to you dad...till me meet again.

This was in the Billboard Top 40 in September 1978.
Got lots of airplay.
Your dad may have played this record alot in 1982, also, for whatever reason.
