Integrating NTRsupport contact button

This video will show you how to integrate and use NTRsupport contact buttons for remote support sessions ( http://www.ntrglobal.com/ntrsupport ).
A contact button is a javascript code that shows an image. If somebody clicks on the image when an operator is connected, they will both connect through a chat window.

Four things to know about contact buttons:
1.Buttons have 2 status: online & offline
2.Buttons connect to a group of operators or to a specific operator
3.Buttons can be integrated in several ways and places (E-mail, web page, customer desktop, etc.)
4.Buttons can be customized (images, surveys, etc.)
