This is about the recent stoning of a girl in Kurdistan. It is not the movie, but a commentary on its implications to us all.

  • I m Kurd and i m against stoning as well.

  • Thank you for comment. It means a lot coming from a Kurd. Our world is a diverse one, and the people who did this thing had no religion or no country. They forfeit that in my eyes with their hate.

  • Declare her a saint. Her death shows the world the bottomless depth of evil in the minds and hearts of the 'men' involved. Hunt them down. Stake them upright on a wall allowing women to spit on them, beat them, and cut them. Then cut off their appendeges. Start with their limp little dicks. Then fingers, toes, noses. Place them at the feet of a statue of Du'a.

May these men, and those who condone such things, burn in hell for eternity.

  • I share your anger, though these people have their troubles too. This act only compounds it. Already Sunnis are taking their revenege. This little girl was ambushed and never had a chance. It highlights the complexity of the Middle East and how badly we were prepared to meet it. Four are now charged with her murder. We'll see what happens.

  • They aren't Muslim...

  • These men represent no faith. Four of them today have been arrested for murder. The Middel East has brought us writers and artists like Rumi and Gibrahn. It is a beautiful culture. What is not beautiful is disputes between sects and variations on a single theme that end up taking the life of innocent people for bitter, stupid reasons. Her death was not only unesscessary, but brutal. It has to stop, or the ripple effects will be the true harvest of the "War on Terror."

  • A powerful video, and a wonderful tribute. You are right on the money. The Yezidi called Du'a a prostitute - For falling in love?? Seems they make up weak excuses to do this to young girls. They filmed it that one time, which I think shows just how cocky they are with this kind of atrocity. And it seems to have blown up in their faces. Literally. The Yazidi may have brought about thier own extinction with this one. BTW, thanks for defending freedom, and taking a stand for Du'a.

  • Her parents knew!! and thet tricked her..so sad..thanx for sharing this vid..power is knwoledge

  • Kurdistan should become a strong fort for humanists through fucking all religions starting with Islam.

  • Another fine example of the so-called religon of peace.
