hah, what you said about finishing a game, that its the most difficult part, the bug fixes, polish, etc, and that the fun is adding features, made me realize that notch just had fun with minecraft, added a bunch of stuff until the official release (some of them of questionable quality - especially the last ones, like the endermen, enderdragons and the end) and then he just handed to jeb the difficult part of polishing the game, fixing the bugs and developing a feature to implement mods easier...

I have the strangest urge to comment...

Your comment on how press releases are printed word for word is a sad testament to the state of gaming "journalism" to be honest :(

@mowdownjoe That's me alright. Stealing lines, one line at a time.

I enjoy the vids and hope you keep 'em up!
How is it different building games by yourself vs in teams? You spoke to having to wear many different hats in the first episode, but going beyond that, how does unilateral control over the whole process compare to working with other programmers/artists/etc?

@Scrapjacked My old team was pretty large (50+ iirc), so it's a completely different experience. You get told what to do, you need to talk to others for anything outside your "area", you can't possibly grasp everything that's going on, etc. You are a lot more focused in your work, and management prevents groups from getting tunnel-vision and throwing things over the fence for others to deal with. On your own, you're responsible for everything but you're also the expert on everything

I love that you did the 'Letter time Jingle' From Video and Arcade top 10. I used to love Nicolas Picolas (Is that his real name?)

@TeamQuiggan I was a home player on an episode of V&A Top 10 back in the day. My studio partner dropped the ball though :(
