This is my amazing hit back through the hole the ball comes from at the batting cages. I have no idea how I did it, but it's awesome. The hole is not much bigger than the baseball is.
I don't know why I drop my shoulder when I swing. It just comes natural to me. I don't play HS baseball because it's very political. I have just been playing with a community league since T-Ball.

Every competent hitter drops his back shoulder. How do you swing level to the ground/down at a pitch at the knees? Seriously, go watch some slow motion video on youtube.

i did that once and while i was turned around asking my friends if they saw it, i got nailed with a baseball from the pitching machine.
