The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints maintains a position of official neutrality with regard to political parties and specific candidates. LDS Scripture and prophetic statements, however, set very clear direction on many issues that have inevitable political implications. The statemens in this video are the statements of the auther himself, and those individuals quoted and should not be taken as official statements of the LDS church or doctrine except where explicitly referenced and documented as such.
