There are 3 different Flushing Expresses in this presentation. A train, a bus, and a restaurant!
The Low-V scenes would be 1979-80. 4:35-4:41 with the WTC and the R62As running is 1985. The "rear window" views scenes with the red R36s are circa 1989-91.

Yes Lo-V was Queens Day June 22, 1980 (in Diamond Jubilee '79 tuscan red paint), also the place and time I met my good friend Neil seen twice in the film. The rear window scenes are from that two year period when the Flushing Express skipped Woodside.
