Banana Burgers:: Makes 4 burgers
4 mashed up bananas
3 tbs hemp seeds
3 tbs chia seeds
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/4 cup of shredded raw coconut
1/2 tsp ground vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon

Scoop out burger size dallops of the batter and place on dehydrator trays.
Dehydrate for 9 hours or so. Removed from teflex sheet or parchment paper and let dry just on trays for another 3-4 hours. Eat warm and enjoy!!!

  • @ravendream33 I dont eat too much dehydrated foods but I do eat more of them in the winter for sure and I use the dehydrator to heat things up:)

  • Lovely! And these look yummy! I eat lots of bananas and also 1 1/2 tablespoons of hemp seeds every day. I have the hemp seeds with non sweet fruits tho or citrus, since they're high fat. Fat is best eaten with non sweet fruits or citrus as it can raise blood sugar levels and cause candida symptoms if eaten with sweet fruits for some people. Keep rawkin' <3
