but is this the tokyo dome tuning or the studio tuning? because the tokyo dome one sounds very sharp.

Live and Studio are same tuning, it's in standard tuning EADGBE

In the last live of X Japan, Pata made a lot of Mistakes xD, and in the studio version, all guitar solo are twined, not on the live, hide played some guitar solo alone

question- how come (for the first 30 sec or so) you're playing it on what looks like the 3rd, 4th, n strings all the way up there and the tabs i got from guitar pro are on the 5th n 6th string all the way at the first few frets?

do you have the tuning dropped?

sounds right, but i dont get why i've got different tabs

i don't have tab i get it by hear, i saw all of guitar pro tabs they're obviously wrong, i'm standard tuning, and in a gp tab i don't know if you got this tab, it's in half down step tunning and the song is in standard.

I've been trying to learn this song recently... might take me a few years but I'll get there. Thanks for agreeing with my standard tuning... a lot of people seem to think it's dropped a half step

haha you mean during the latest concert? or the 93 one? but pata,although better in skills, very often make mistake. i rmbed once he screwed up the whole X solo.
