  • @samyd4mom ... my soul truly cries out....

  • @samyd4mom I am glued to the details. My heart can not grasp what happened that day. I am in no position to judge at all, for the reason being, anger was fed and ignited. But I am definitely not claiming any action as right or justified. I have so many questions. I am doing a research paper, which doesn't necessarily involve this topic, only if I were to find one of the ring-leaders and do a follow-up (hence I need another topic). But within me, I always questioned the aftermath of any survivor.

  • the the fire extingisher threw the so called bullet proof window and thats how the riot started dormitorie e-1

  • i have a friend that was in the riot and the riot started in his dormitorie and he aslo was the youngest inmate at the the time of the roit his name was christopher he is still living till this day hte riot lasted 3 days the media lied and said it lasted 36 hours the government did not have it under controll so how do i know it lasted 3days he told me he was there the riot started like this there were less gaurds that day so they gabbed him stripped him and thats how the riot started they threw

  • i watched the riot unfold as a teenager and then 10 years later found myself as an inmate inside Santa Fe. the feelings from that event were still so very much a part of daily life there. the burn marks on the floors, the burnt out vacant dormitories. im glad they finally closed the thing. the Frontline documentary called "shakedown in santa fe" is a really good portrayal of what it was like there

during my time, if anyone has that id love to see it again.

  • My uncle told me he applied at the state prison he never got the job when they moved down to Las Vegas NM

I was not born yet I was born in 1988

  • I was 10 when the riot happened and lived in Albuquerque-remember it very vividly, remember hearing about the atrocities. Bad fukin news......

  • Crazy to think I am not too far from there..lol.. Live in Albuquerque, work in Santa Fe

  • The place is totally haunted. Worked there in the 90's had some really strange experiences

  • I read "devils butcher shop"..need to read "hate factory"...I remember when it happened it was on the news 24/7..I have an old doc off cable that shows when it happened, always creeps me out and I am a prison buff....no man deserved that hell in the first place! the pen is a dungeon, the "snitch system" ? those gaurds deserve death for that..I think one of them is a narc now ( saw him on cops) ole "green eyes" is a mexican devil that should be locked in the ruins for creating it all...sad
