Mark Barrington-Ward, former editor of the Oxford Mail, and president of the Oxford Civic Society talks about the post-war development of St. Ebbes, in Oxford city centre.
This is one of twelve films made for Modern Art Oxford's "Oxford 2015" exhibition. In each film an Oxford residents talk about how the City's built environment effects their lives, and how they would like to see it change by 2015. The films were made by Marko Wilkinson in 2005.
