  • Several peer and regulatory reviewed studies and test results and ongoing monitoring programmes have scientifically proven the capacity of the AS turbine to pass a range of fish species and sizes, including smolts, unharmed. See test results and videos on our website. Numerous schemes in UK running without fish screening without issue. In US the AS is used to transfer fish from one water body to another. See fish biologists website, Fishtek.co.uk for more details of work carried out in UK.
