This video takes place during a 2.5 mile walk on 10/10/10. The walk is from the point of view of the camera, looking at me as I move forward, up through hills, over bridges, past parks and onto suburban streets. During this 2.5 mile walk I talk about my last five months of transformation mentally and physically. I also point out the technology that is allowing me to create the video and how the video is going to be perceived over a period of 30 minutes. Most people do not have the patience to watch a 30 minute video but I believe that I keep the viewer interested and occupied by the motion of the changing background and me non-stop talking.
