Once upon a time, fresh milk was delivered to the doorsteps of most families in the UK each day. This was very useful in the days before refrigerators were commonplace. However, there could be risks involved if you weren't at home when the milkman called......

Everything Happens To Me was written by Matt Dennis and Tom Adair in 1940 and recorded by many famous american artists of the time, including Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Bill Evans, Erroll Garner, Chet Baker and many more. This new arrangement by Pete Millward features Jens Bunge on harmonica and Eugene Pao on guitar.

Judie- Fresh milk was delivered to my home from the time that I was about five or younger until I was fifteen or so. We had a metal box to hold the bottles to keep them from freezing in the Winter. The cream always was at the top of the milk!
