How to set up the internet on iPhone clones (i68, i9, sciphone, etc) with AT&T service

Holy Crap! I would've never figured this out on my own. Thanks! Definitely wouldn't buy this for an everyday phone, it's a nightmare...but it's cheap and will suffice overseas. Do you by any chance know where I can get the software so I can actually connect the phone to my PC?
