Politicians opposed to the draft constitution are set to convince Kenyans on the feasibility of their position. Retired President Daniel Moi is maintaining that the chapter on land and the clause on abortion should be amended before the referendum. The retired President was at Kamukunji grounds, Nakuru where he said that powers to control land ownership should be vested with the National Land Commission and not with the counties. Meanwhile Higher Education Minister William Ruto led a group of Members of Parliament to Transmara and he insists that the draft should not set the minimum acreage owned by individuals. Chris Thairu reports.

The more Moi campaigns for no the better. Kenyans can now see for themselves that these greedy bastards are the ones that have always stood in the way of a new costitution for the last 20 yrs. Moi is the godfather of anti change in Kenya
