The 1962 edition of the New World Translation in Hebrews 1:6 says and I quote: "Let all God's angels worship him [Jesus]."

God is indeed ruler of all things, (Matt 11:25) but Adam WAS the ruler of everything on the planet, this the Bible is very clear.
