Although its been three years; I sit here watching this; With tears in my eyes and on my cheeks. @MrHarajukuLuva Well that is a noble cause as well, but I would probably be more in favor of simply abolishing "no-fault" divorce, and the awarding of alimony, rather than wholly outlawing divorce.

But homosexual "marriage" is just not acceptable in a healthy society.

With you all the way. My parents are homophobic and even though I myself am straight, everyone has the absolute right to marry and love whomever they choose. We have three unalienable rights, those being life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Marrying the one you love is a right no one should ever be able to take away.

Our forefathers fought and died for homosexuality? You're misinformed.

Sodomy was a crime from the get-go in America. The Puritans punished those they discovered practicting sodomy. George Washington kicked any homosexuals he found out of the Army when he was general.

Our forefathers fought and died for religious freedom, property freedom, and life and limb preservation. They weren't stacking logs at Bunker Hill so they could sodomize each other in peace.

You know, I'm not usually a very emotional person. In fact, I feel it's weak to cry. But this video, no matter how many times I've watched it, always puts me on the verge of tears.

I have to read something aloud for my speech class, and I want to read this letter. My state doesn't allow gay marriage, but I think if others hear your speech someone, even if only one, will be moved enough to tell others and, eventually, move enough people change the minds of our house members.
