That's stupid I already beat the game and I went back to get all the relics and It wouldnt let me get the Whale bottle and im not going through all that stuff again =/

Same with mine i dont know why i see its craked also but its just not working and i dont know the crap why HELP. i dont see the arrow thing no matter where i try to walk

yeh it happens the same thing in my game, it suppous to show the up arrow option

when I play this level it doesnt give me the option to do that. I see the cracked wall but I cant do anything to it and I dont know why.

I like the fact that they are hidden in the wall and not just ploped on the floor randomly

This is actually a known glitch in the game and is listed on EIDIS' website. Sadly, unless you get this the FIRST TIME you play this board, you are out of luck and cannot complete the game at 100%. If you are playing the first time through, walk up to this area SLOWLY, and press up when prompted. Sorry i can't be of more help to you all!
